- Customized Items: 10-15 business days production + shipping after design confirmation
- Large/Bulk Items: 3-5 business days preparation + shipping

3. Shipping Costs
3.1 Domestic Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping: Orders over ¥500 ship free (remote areas excluded)
- Standard Shipping: ¥15-30 (based on weight and region)
- Large Items: ¥50-200 (based on volume and weight)
3.2 International Shipping Fees
International shipping fees are calculated based on actual weight and volumetric weight. The system will display the fee at checkout.

5. Shipping Issues
5.1 Shipping Delays
- Minor Delays: 1-3 day delays are normal; please wait patiently
- Significant Delays: If not received 7 days after estimated time, contact us for inquiry
5.2 Shipping Damage
- Before Receipt: If packaging is damaged or goods are damaged upon receipt, refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photos
- After Receipt: If damage found within 48 hours, provide photos and we will resend or refund
